my baby is 18 months old on 21 march he got vaccinated dpt and ipv .after sometime he got fever 101.2 .now it has been two days he is cranky and having pain in his leg and swelling.he is also having fever .i am giving him pcm but when he will be fine completly plz reply doc

A. apparent your kid is 18 months old and vaccinated recently you may give oral paracetamol drops along with ice pack application on the vaccination site it for pain relief. .
