my baby is 18 months old. but she didnt speak yet. is my baby is dumb?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. then it should not be a problem because it means that the understanding of the child is proper so just wait and watch and encourage the child and give zero screen time that is decrease to 0 limit TV mobile and laptop and if more people are available to speak to the child the child will speak more faster
