Q.
my baby is 18 months old and has constipation problem. can anyone suggest a diet for him. to cure constipation.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if child suffering from constipation and the child is 18 months old avoid giving too much of milk give good amount of liquid green vegetables and fibre in the diet to the child

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom.....give fibre rich food and keep her hydrated...always follow sipper and keep near her. she will keep drinking....you can use Babyhug sipper.
fruits like papaya pear and plum help in easy bowel movement...you can even give raisins water to baby...water in which raisins are soaked overnight.
