My daughter is 2 years and 3 months old. She has a constipation problem since day 1. What should I add in her diet to cure it.

A. The problem of constipation will decrease with proper diet modification that is plenty of water and fibre diet and try to give more papaya oats and fennel seeds water to the child. You may hcave to give a course of constipation medicine to the child to stabilize the child from the pain. Constipation usually decreasevs with increasing age of the child and medicines give only symptomatic relief.

A. Lots Of fibre rich fruits water and any other healthy liquid that you think is going to maintain hydration papaya should definitely be given to the child every day and warm water in the morning these things are going to be very helpful in dealing with constipation on a permanent
