Q.

my baby is 18 month old .his weight is around 10kg to 11 kg . doctor suggest me stop breastfeeding but I can't understand how breastfeeding is harmful for my baby .he is eating proper meal four time in a day

A. dear Mum you should not stop breastfeeding at all please continue to breastfeed till 2 years as breastmilk offers nutrition and strengthens immunity in addition give Balanced diet having variety of food groups 3 meals and two healthy snacks weight is goid

A. hello since the child is 18 months you can slowly reduce the feeding session and stop if you wish to do it and if you want you can continue till 2 years also which is not a problem and it is totally your choice and your comfort but there is no harm
