My baby is 17 months and she unable to walk yet what is the reason crawl like this

Maybe your child is scared of falling down but I must tell you sometimes could be due to nutritional deficiency also specially calcium and vitamin D so currently since your child is having a delay in the growth of independent walking because that’s meant to be attained by the time of 17 months please consult your doctor
