Q.

my baby is 16 months old today . he is walking with holding finger from 12 months he is walking alone when we stands him up but he is not standing by his own he is standing with support only

A. See you need to encourage your child to learn to stand and walk independently over the period right now maybe your child is comfortable standing with support but if your child is walking independently then it is not an issue this is completely alright
