My baby is 16 months old. She is crying a lot when she see other people ... She is comfortable only with me and her dad. We joined in play group she is crying alot from starting to end where all the kids are enjoying and doing the activities but she is the only one crying and it is her first play group . Can u pls advice how to overcome her fear over strangers. Thank u

It’s a very bad idea to put a 16 month old child into the school you’re just trying to drift away your child that’s not good this way your child would be more scared of strangers when this is the problem that’s going to increase so please understand the mindset of the child the stranger anxiety is very common with kids you have to give counselling to the child like how we are here see others are also your friends you should say hello and hi to them you should meet them take the child to the garden every evening for an hour or so do these little things putting the child into school is not going to help it’s going to increase the problem
