My baby is 16 months old... she has got only two teeth. what should be done.

A. hello dear parents do not worry about this teething is a natural process and varies from kid to kid you cannot do anything about this but yes you can start massaging the gums with clean cotton clothes 3 to 4 times a day and give cold silicon based teethers to chew.
