My baby 16 months old, And his front teeth are looking like this, even brushing is not making any difference, what treatment should be done?

A. hello maintain a proper hygiene and brush baby teeth twice in a day using a fluoride free toothpaste like babyhug and any concern it would be better to have a physical examination with the pediatric dentist which should be better and nothing to worry about
