my baby is 16 months old and she couldn't walk without support

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support.
After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes itvdr may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

A child should learn to walk independently between the age of 12 to 17 months so give it some more time try and encourage your child to walk independently yet if you do not see that happening then in that case you’ll have to have an assessment with your doctor for this
