my baby is 15 months old. he is having loose motion from today morning. z and d ds20 zinc can I give ?how much need to do and how many times ? ors also can I give

A. Loose motiongh are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatmeynt along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
