Toddlers are fussy or picky eaters.
They will go through phases, sometimes they eat good n sometime reduces. try offering him variety of new foods.
Shweta SrivastavaMom of a 3 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. i am facing similar issues with my 15 month old. you can also try these-
1. eat with your baby ( sometimes I tell him now its mumma's turn and then its yours)
2. give him the same food ( we eat regular food but less spicy so that it is suitable for him)
3. give food in his hand as well ( like a piece of chapati or any vegetable or fruit). let him eat by himself. it gets messy but he likes that way.
4. try to give him food instead of milk when he wakeup hungry after naps during day time.
feeding little one is struggle. it takes around an hour per meal. All the best and please share if anything else works for you😇
