Q.
my baby is 14days old. she is not doing her poop since last 36hrs. what should we do?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is okf.or the baby .During infancy the baby may not motion on daily basis. It may be alternate day or may be up to 7 days . Glycerine suppository may be used for the lubrication if baby not passing motion .

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Some babies pass stools once in four or five days while some pass even more than five times a day which are perfectly normal in breastfed babies. Touch and feel the baby's tummy. If it's hard or the baby is cranky or crying more than usual then u should consult with ur pediatrician. If not u can wait upto seven days.
