My baby is 14 months old he is having acne on his legs hands and forehead but now these days his ear is swelling

Get it checked for mumps or hand foot and mouth disease because with what you are mentioning seems like that only so you can just have an assessment with your doctor in order to have better clarity on that situation and they only can confirm whether it is out of the two issues or there is something else only
