my baby is 14 months old. but her weight is 7.6 only.. she's eating all foods and playing well.. can we give any syrup to gain weight?

A. There are no syrups to weight of the child has to be balanced diet the child is not gaining weight then there would be a possibility of deficiency because your child is about 4 KG is underweight you should consult your doctor regarding this
