Q.

my baby is 14 days old she has cough since 3 days, crying since night and her body feels hot like fever but when i check the temperature it is 97 F to 98.4 F. im worried about this. plz guide..

A. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also ,bjgive sinarest drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.
