My baby is 13onths old, he’s going to toilet 4-5 times a day..can I know the reason ? Are we over feeding him?

A. It is perfectly fine. As long as the stools are not too watery with a foul smell, there is nothing to worry about it. Just make sure that the kid drinks lots of water and other fluids. Please give all home cooked meals.
