My baby is 13 months old. What can be done if the vaccination card is lost? I have all the vaccine dates recorded but can’t find the card where the previous vaccination stickers were present.

You should actually consult your paediatrician they will give you another chart and mention all the vaccinations as they were given and what dates are going to be mentioned for further vaccination also you can follow the chart on vaccine and growth tracker section on the app itself
