my baby is 13 months old she is having redness and pimples around the mouth from past 1 month

Boroline antiseptic cream you can apply as of now this is what is going to be good enough to be used for the skin of the child so you can apply that regular darling your child is having teeth which is why this problem is happening that the pimples are like thistle happening
