ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear whatever you cook at home to be a part of the diet of the child include all food group and give three proper healthy home cooked meals and keep on adding variety also eat with the child to encourage good eating habits also includes some dry fruits for the child now
