Q.

my baby is 13 days old.. i feed him bf.. how i know he is full becoz his finger are close everytime

A. No need to get stressed Keep a watch on urine output ,to check adequate feeding , ;Baby should pass minimum urine 8 -10 times per day Burp properly after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp . Feed ur baby as per baby's demand only .

Q. #AskTheExpert I have twins and breast feed them all the time is not possible. During bf they tend to sleep alot and I get the feeling that they are not full. I now feed them with formula and bf alternatively. Also most of the time I express bf and feed through bottles so that they should not be hungry. I keep on thinking is this okay and feel if they are not getting enough bf which they should get. I do bf them together as well but they sleep and don't get full feed. it's really stressful. I have bf but I think it should be more to satisfy my kids. please help if someone is facing same issues
