#Asktheexpert Is it safe to use baby teether for finger sucking babies? becoz my baby is sucking his finger often and only after that he sleeps. am worried about that.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is not advisable to give them to the child because many times it can cause infection
there is no problem in using pacifier or teether for small children but the problem occurs if they are not cleaned properly and goes inside the oral cavity of the child leading to oral infections which may lead to loose motions or vomiting
