My baby is 13 days old. His umbilicus is inflamed (red in colour with minor swelling) and minor liquid oozing out. Kindly suggest me what to do in this case and how serious is it?

This could be due to umbilical hernia it would be better for you to check with your doctor and could be due to any other infection it is better to check with the doctor because without a physical assessment we really cannot be sure about the reason behind her
