My baby is 11 weeks old and he hasn’t passed the stool from last 2 days and he is on exclusively breast feeding

A. It’s completely normal for kids to suffer with constipation and deceit so no need to worry about it if the child is comfortable taking the feeds properly the urine output is good then they can go without pooping for number of days at a stretch
