my baby is 11 onth old and diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis , in his poop examination pus is 3- 4 ,bacteria is positive, fat globules are found . what to give him as diet

A. Maam if you’re looking for a proper diet plan then you should consult a nutritionist for that they will be able to help you with a proper diet plan that you can be giving during this time to your child which would be healthy and safe
