#AskTheExpert Hi my son is 2 year old was diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis and was having diarrhea and vomiting he was admitted to hospital and treatment of antibiotics inj zosul and anematics with iv fluid was given after 3 days he is now well but still doing poop 3 times a day but stool is now dry and hard anything else needed to do. taking hygeine diet properly and active and playful

A. hi it happens after giving antibiotics but please keep your child well hydrated give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more avoid giving heavy food items.
