my baby is 11 months old.she is suffering with cold. i used maxtra 0.5ml three times a day as doctor suggested but it didnt work.please suggest some other medicine

A. along with medicine it is also important to prevent temperature variations around the child and you have to keep the child warm with the help of either room heater. also you can increase the dosage of maxtra drops to 0.8 ml
