start some iron calcium regularly and protein powder with milk

As Soon as your child enters into the age of 13 months that would be the right time for you to go ahead with giving all kind of milk to the child packet milk buffaloes milk packet milk cows milk what ever Milk you want to go ahead with you have no restriction after the age of 12 months
