My baby is 11 month old & he is having constipation since birth. Every time when he do potty he cries & so much pressure he does. Kindly suggest me something so I can solve this problem. Also suggest me nutritional diet plan for him

A. hello give plenty of fruits and vegetables and lot of water to drink during the day os that the stool remains soft and easy to pass for the baby daily.
