A. Thank yo but no he don't have fever May be wo teeth nikal raha hai sayad isliye bhi ho sakta hai?

A. need to see . Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
