my baby is 10month old but still her weight is 6.500kg. she is not gaining weight her birth weight is 2.800kg.

A. That is below average weight I suggest you to consult a paediatrician 1st to understand why your child is not gaining weight and if it is needed you can take an advice with a nutritionist on a proper diet plan and supplements you need need to go ahead with
