Babies have small stomach and need to be fed frequently. Seasonal fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables are important for appetite. Curd helps. Spices like jeera, hing aid digestion.

Try giving different colored fruits and veggie for your baby.
1.Steamed Beans with rice puree
2.Steamed Carrot and potato puree
3.Steamed apple and rice puree
4.Steamed Greens rice with ghee
5.Banana puree
6.Watermelon juice and musk melon juice.
7.Tender coconut water
8.Dhal rice with ghee
9.Curd rice
10.Rava kichadi with coloured vegetables.
Rich in protein
If you are a Non -veg eater. you can give
1.Egg white scrambled eggs.
2.Egg yolk scrambled eggs.
3.whole egg scrambled.
4.chicken soup rice.
5.Steamed Fish.
You can give Paneer and Cheese also. which is rich in protein.
As your baby is 10 months now u can start finger foods also.
