Q.

My baby is 10 months old. For last 2-3 days she is passing hard stool. Today she started crying too because of it. What can i give her to avoid this problem. Also what food items to avoid?

A. Hi mom Increase the water intake of ur baby and give fiber rich food like Papaya pear roti carrot cucumbers etc to get relief from constipation. Apply oil on the potty area for easy passing of stool. Give black raisins juice empty stomach in the morning to get relief from constipation
