my baby is 10 month old. Sometimes he refuses to eat solid food what are the alternative food I can give him and how? please suggest

If You see that the child is sometimes not eating well enough then there could be some reason behind it maybe your child is born of same food that you are serving every day so try to give a different variety to the child for recipes and variation in the recipes you can search it on YouTube Google and lots of blogs are here on the first cry app as well
