my baby is 10+ month old she bitten her tounge by her teeth or may be she usually sleep on my lap I guess while turning she fell down on bed n bitten her tounge bumistakely n now she is not eating or drinking milk what should I do please let me know in front of tounge it can be seen two white dots as If it caught by teeth

A. Hello mom if it’s swallow and rediess then please get it examined till then just give her liquids and soft foods which are mildly flavoured that she can take in comfortably
