my baby is 10 month old but there is no teeth coming wht I have to do..... plz suggest

Don't worry as some kids show delay in getting their first milk teeth
milk teeth can erupt anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. usually teeth erupt during the first birthday.
so you can wait till time.

Diagnose if she's not having any deficiency.
if she's deficient , she can be given supplements as per pediatricians advise.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Don't use RO water its demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
give her citrus fruits, probiotics and millet's
