My baby is 10 m running ! Is it ok if am giving her B natural or real juices to her

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. The baby is only 10 months of age It is always advisable for the baby to get free fresh juices still better to do whole foods to the baby then giving commercials once

Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Offer different varieties of food
Give two liquid diet fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Take a good care of your baby
