Taking steam is very good for you you can also put nasal drops the both the things are good for both the child and the mother is that the steam is meant to be given indirectly to a small child you can also use a hollow pillow and for yourself you can take steam directly and nasal drops for both would be good for the child which would be podiatric and for it would be the normal one
