my baby is 1 yr one month old she fallen from the chair she got hurt to nose she got strach on nose what skin cream could I use for getrid of her for pain and wound lines

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintainf hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet yourz doctor for examination and specific treatment.
clean the area with soap and water

Cream is not going to reduce down the pain you can give paracetamol to the child as of now and do get it checked with your doctor tomorrow to check if there is any internal issue or not is going to be very important but right now you can repeat paracetamol six hours as painkiller is needed
