Q.

My baby is 1 yr old. Earlier she was nit having any problem while pooping. But now a days she cries while pooping. Her poop is lill hard and lil normal. There is no blood with the poop. How many time a day should i give her water. ? And i give her oats Are oats causing this? And can i give her sat isabgoal to her?

A. hello. crying should be because of passing hard stool. oats are good in constipation. give up to 250 ml of water per day.. offer fiber rich food.

A. Hi parent Well give her multigrain diet.. Give her more probiotics like curd and buttermilk.. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered. You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time ( don't wake her up though) Do not use RO water.
