my baby is 1 Yr 9 mn old.. suddenly she had vomiting at night .. struggled eating for past 3 days.. but ate egg evening and had vomiting at night.. what could ve the reason

A. Namaste Mom. Their is food intolerance, this indicates tummy issue could be infection. kindly offer her fluids a few tsp throughtout the day, if she isnt able to tolerate even this then please get her to the dr . dehyration has to be avoided,
