My baby is 1 yr 6 m old . She eats food and go out for potty. Her digestion system is imbalance. What I do ?

A. Hello! Do not overstuff or over load your child’s developing digestive system. Always give your child light home-made meals for now and ensure proper hydration levels. Check if any food combination is triggering such discomfort. Consult your doctor for further guidance.

Q. My son is 1 year and 8 months old. He eats well but I think his digestion system is not working well. he goes 4 to 5 times potty daily. And his poop is in much quantity every time . he feels vomit sometimes and in that attempt he vomit either he eats his food early morning and in evening his vomits all morning food items .
