My baby is 1 year old..she is on FM till now..I am planning to start animal milk..which is better cow or Buffalo milk..pls suggest

I Personally believe buffaloes milk is much more heavier option to go for but it is your choice if you want to go for cows milk also but buffaloes milk is healthier and happier as compare to cows milk so I feel that is the right choice for you to introduce it to the child
