Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
