my baby is 1 year and 3 months old... last two days he doesnt have motion... and at the night he vomits.. but day time no problem... now he is again vomiting in the night and is having loose motion.. is this serious?.. y does this happens? due to climate change? or he is not digesting?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 15 months old and he has not passed stool since two days and he is vomitng only at night time so just use soap sticks at his anus and syrup ondem 4 ml before dinner
