HI my son Amay 3 years 3 months old, from last two days every night he got fever with pain and after a dose of paracetamol he is ok for the whole day and at the time of fever he also vomits. what to do and why its happening?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it may be due to any viral infection you should give paracetamol to baby 3 to 4 times in a day for fever if fever remains for more than 2 days and consultant nearby doctor
