my baby is 1 year and 13 days old and she is suffering from loose motions since 2 weeks and because of that she is not eating anything and also loosing a lot of weight

Lose Motions for such a long time is definitely not good it could possibly be due to stomach infection or any other issue for that a proper diagnosis is required so I would just advise you to consult your doctor for a proper check up and accordingly anything which is right can be suggested to you
