Q.

My baby is 1 year 2 months old she didn't eat and she is very week can you suggest me any food items which give baby weight gain and energy.

A. Dear mum, you can give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Add ghee to every meal. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts and peanuts to baby’s diet. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Grains, cereal and pulses. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Breastfeed baby till 2 years.
