Q.

my baby is 1 year 2 month old. She is just 8.5 kg. Her birth weight was 2.9 kg. Is this normal. Can multivitamin syrup aids in weight gaining. #asktheexperts

A. yes. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. my babies are twins and 35 week 4 days born....premature both babies birth weight is 2 kg.... they are now 3 months... 8 days... Twin 1 is 4 kg 200 gm twin 2 is 5 kg.... is it ok. my concern is..my 1 st baby did not lift his head up.. and her body is like a rubber doll.. i am worried how to strengthen her muscles.....

A. Long, short, thin, or chubby — babies come in all shapes and sizes. While society may send a message that your lil' nugget has to have rolls of baby fat to be healthy, this isn't really true. As long as they're meeting developmental milestones, are alert and active, and are feeding well, you likely don't need to worry.
